Alessandro Silva started as an apprentice sound engineer on PAX (Brith Gof), and went on to record, engineer and co-produce many projects with John Hardy from 1990 to 1995. He also worked with the Manic Street Preachers, among other Welsh talent, and is now based in Berlin.
Hugh Fowler was studio manager and associate composer between September 2006 and January 2010.
Rob Whitehead was a freelance assistant from 2010-2011.
Stewart Lucas founded the recording studio at Chapter, and collaborated with John Hardy on a vast range of projects from 1989 to 2006. John and Stewart share writing credits on a large number of recordings, including some on this site.
